Operations Analyst - Quality Assurance

I usually maintain or check the team and agents in terms of quality, performance, and compliance. We create project plans for improvements, insights, and scopes of work to effectively implement e-commerce initiatives in our organization.

I also manage, analyze, and improve the quality of the agents' performance by checking their work and designing and creating marketing campaigns or promotional content on my own so that I can determine if we are on the same page as the team. Those designs and seller shops that need to check and follow the guidelines on our platform are from our regional team, and I conducted a coaching session with them to discuss their markdowns or errors and to help the agent improve.

The regional team chose us to handle the Brazil shops also because we did a great job managing the Philippines Seller Center Shops.

As of the moment, Shop Management Team Philippines is now expanding to Team Brazil, for which I am also the QA. I am very motivated for this opportunity since the team that I do quality checks for is really amazing!

WFH Setup

Order Management Specialist

- Leading a major project in one of the biggest Telco Company in US.
- Successfully managed different projects until completion.

- Managed to report Work In Progress through calls/meetings with the client on their available time.

Admin & Finance Officer

The Finance & Administration Officer will be responsible for the performance of a variety of duties categorized by either financial or administrative support, including front desk customer service; posting the daily receipts; preparing deposits; coding, totaling, batching, entering, verifying, and reconciling transactions such as accounts payable and receivable; payroll; purchase orders; cheques; invoices; check requisitions; and bank statements. Administrative responsibilities include file management, correspondence drafting, funding program support, and ensuring supplies to the office are managed and maintained. Administrative duties also include developing and maintaining administrative systems and performing clerical duties, such as word processing, meeting minute taking, scanning and photocopying.
